London, UK – 19 May 2014: Clearswift has started FY15 by establishing its position as a leading innovator in the cyber security and critical information protection arena with a string of awards and industry analyst endorsements. The latest comes from the Info Tech Research Group’s latest report: Vendor Landscape Secure Email Gateway, in which Clearswift has been categorized as an Innovator as well as receiving the Trend Setter award. On the same day, Clearswift received a Highly Commended award for Innovation from SC Europe in recognition of its Adaptive Redaction technology.
This has come in quick succession from Clearswift winning three Info Security Awards 2014 in February, including a Gold award for their Secure Exchange Gateway (SXG) for ‘Awesome Product of the Year’. In March, Bloor Research issued a report where Clearswift were positioned at the highest level, Champion Vendor for document content security.
The Info Tech report praises Clearswift for its innovation in the industry, beating strong competition to achieve Trend Setter status. The Innovator category exists to identify vendors that have demonstrated innovative product strengths, which act as their competitive advantage in appealing to niche segments of the market. According to Info Tech, “these vendors are poised to emerge as champions.”
The report also states, “Adaptive Redaction set Clearswift apart for specific use cases… Clearswift has developed innovative and extremely impressive detection capabilities. ImageLogic, its proprietary image detection, in addition to its proprietary redactive DLP capability, demonstrate Clearswift’s ability to provide the latest solutions.” Info Tech said of the business: “A proven track record of innovation and a security focus make Clearswift a shortlist candidate for any high demand organisation.”
