Theale (UK) 1st November, 2017 - New research by data security company, Clearswift, has shown that 75% of employees are likely to exercise their right to be forgotten (RTBF). The principle, also known as ‘right to erasure’, dictates that an individual can request their data to be removed or deleted when there is no compelling reason for a business to continue processing that information. The research, which surveyed 600 senior business decision makers and 1,200 employees across the UK, US, Germany, and AustraliaClearswift, a global cybersecurity innovator and data loss prevention specialist, and zsah Ltd, a leading UK owned hosting company, have announced a partnership that will allow Clearswift customers to host their award winning SECURE Email Gateway and SECURE Web Gateway products in UK data centers, thereby helping customers comply with increasingly stringent data protection requirements and the upcoming GDPR regulations.

GDPR readiness: Education sector rivals technology industry in race towards General Data Protection Regulation compliance

Judgment in Clearswift Patent Case

Theale (UK), 28th September 2018. Clearswift welcomes key aspects of the judgment handed down today by Judge David Stone in the case between Clearswift Ltd and Glasswall (IP) Ltd. The judgment has confirmed that core to Glasswall’s patented technology is the requirement to parse fully, extract the content from and regenerate both emails and their attachments to create completely new files.

RUAG Cyber Security plans to accelerate growth and expansion in EMEA market place

Clearswift reports a year of significant growth achievement

Theale (UK), 11th February 2019. Following the acquisition by RUAG in January 2017, Clearswift today revealed record-breaking financial results for the December 2018 financial year-end. The company reported Annual Recurring Revenues of £25m and EBITDA margins of 30%. This was further underpinned by a 10% increase in Bookings (Order Intake) over the same period. Clearswift has reported consistently increasing ARR levels, fuelled by profitable growth in core products, which has seen an impressive 11% CAGR over the past 3 years.
